- Andorran nationals or permanent residents for 5 years; bands formed in Andorra with mostly resident members
- Five years of public music activity, and concerts outside Andorra in the last 3 years
- Registered in the Censart directory of artists
- Past winners of this aid cannot apply again; earlier applicants who did not win can
