Who can apply
- Solo musicians, or stable groups of two or more musicians, with at least 2 years of continuous activity
- ID address in Buenos Aires City, and a Registro BAMúsica entry renewed each year before 30 June
- Projects must be live, in-person performances shared with the audience
- Not eligible: Ministry of Culture staff and senior officials of the City government
