Individual practising artists or arts workers who are Australian citizens or permanent residents
Music is one of the fellowship areas, with its own assessment panel
Not open to past Fellowship recipients since 1996, with a few listed exceptions

Write your summary, bio, three achievements, activity, timetable and impact

Add support material: up to three URLs, a two-page CV and up to five support letters
