Who can apply

• Composers living in or strongly present in Upper Austria, or with works about the region
• A secured public performance of the work, not necessarily in Upper Austria
• The premiere is at most one year ago or still ahead
• Fixed compositions only; no improvisations, sound installations or arrangements
