Who can apply
- Permanent concert venues and occasional music festivals in the City of Liège
- The operator must be an ASBL; one project per operator
- At least 50% of the programme goes to current music such as jazz, pop, rock, rap or electronic
- Projects run from 1 December to 30 November the next year; unsubsidised operators get priority
