Who can apply

• Artists, arts organisations, intermediaries or foreign presenters can apply
• The artist or organisation presented is based in the Dutch-language area or Brussels
• A public presentation abroad; creation costs are not covered
• Not for organisations with operating grants above €400,000; twice a year at most
