- Once a year, from December to January
Who can apply
- Private-law legal entities with or without profit, MEIs and EIs working in arts and culture
- Individuals cannot apply; the artists who benefit can be individuals or informal groups
- Short, medium or large circuits reach one, two or three other states, for R$150,000, R$300,000 or R$500,000
- Reserved places: at least 20% Black, 10% Indigenous and 10% disabled artists or groups
