Who can apply
- Legal entities based in São Paulo city, with an active CNPJ for at least one year; MEIs do not qualify
- Companies, civil society organisations and cooperatives that represent artistic groups in the city
- One application per applicant; projects run six to 12 months at the fixed amount
- Festivals must take place in a city-owned venue and spend 10% on communication
