When to apply: Once a year, from early September to early October

Who can apply

Institutions, artistic organisations, associations, artists and other legal and natural persons
You need the consent of a registered record or sheet music publisher
Recording projects can apply for two years: recording and mastering first, production second
A publisher planning three or more releases applies for them on one form

How to apply

Request e-authorisation (e-Ovlaštenja) on the ministry's e-pisarnica portal if you have not used it before

Fill in e-application form no. 2 for music and music-stage programmes, in Croatian, with a full budget

Attach the signed declarations on double funding and truthfulness, and a tax debt certificate

Add programme details such as dates, venues and artists, and any consent or questionnaire required

Submit within the call window; incomplete forms are not considered
