Who can apply

• Natural persons with a certificate of entry in the Artists' Register (status of artist)
• Czech citizens or permanent residents who are not full-time students
• Employed no more than 20 hours a week
• Art income at least half of total income, and not above the average monthly wage of CZK 48,171
