- Legal entities based in a Creative Europe country, active in music or another eligible sector
- Capacity to host one to five residents with accommodation, workspaces and at least one mentor
- Residents come from other Creative Europe countries
- Residents get a €30 daily allowance and a travel allowance of €400 or €800
