Who can apply

• People, organisations and municipalities with a seat or work base in Lower Saxony
• Most people in the project work professionally in music, or run top-level youth work
• One-year projects; smaller sums up to €9,999 go to the regional culture bodies
• The ministry's share is generally no more than one third of financing
