Who can apply

Non-profit organisations with cultural aims, founded by 30 June 2026, in the Registry of Cultural Bodies
One proposal per organisation across the Ministry's calls; ministry-funded bodies are excluded
Concerts need at least two performances; operating costs, equipment and buildings are not funded

How to apply

Create an account on the Cultural Bodies Portal

Register the organisation in the Registry of Cultural Bodies, once, with statute, minutes and declaration

File the 2024-2026 artistic and financial reports and a 2027 operational plan to unlock the form

Submit the proposal in the form; a five-member committee evaluates it

If approved, upload the supporting documents in the Registry
