- Hong Kong ID card holders or registered Hong Kong organisations
- A formal invitation from the overseas presenter or host is required
- Trial version covers transport, freight, insurance and video, up to HK$150,000
- General version up to HK$500,000, or HK$800,000 for experienced organisations with large projects

- 2Add the programme, schedule and profiles of the participants and the overseas host
