Who can apply

• Indian nationals only, with a PAN card and an Indian passport, Aadhaar card or Voter ID
• Individuals only: organisations of any kind cannot apply
• Performing artists working in music are eligible
• The platform can be a physical, online or hybrid space that supports exchange and collaboration
