Record and release music by under-35 artists

Who can apply

• Association, company or VAT holder in Lazio active in music management, live, production or distribution
• One artist living in Lazio aged 14 to 34, or a band where two thirds of members meet this
• Release of at least 20 minutes, 70% unreleased, with a video clip and digital distribution
• At most 2 projects per applicant; the grant is at most 80% of the project cost
