Who can apply

• Up-and-coming artists or groups based in Tokyo, or individuals living in Tokyo
• Music is a listed field, with concerts, overseas performances and collaborations eligible
• Venues can be in Tokyo, overseas or both; online publication counts
• Only subsidised expenses are covered; consumption tax is not
