Who can apply

• Professional artists, authors and performers, alone or as a collective, active in Luxembourg's artistic life
• Associations (ASBL) and other legal entities cannot apply
• Apply before the work or training starts; projects already under way are not funded
• Work made mainly for commercial or advertising purposes is excluded
