- Four rounds a year: 1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October
Who can apply
- Organisations in The Hague active in pop music, new initiatives or existing ones with a new programme part
- A legal entity, or an informal group with a legal entity as host applicant
- Projects without city funding get priority; up to three years in a row for the same part
- PAARD, Popradar and Popunie cannot apply for their own activities
