- Rolling, at least six weeks before the tour
Who can apply
- Rotterdam bands or artists with amateur status; most members born in or living in Rotterdam
- A tour of at least four shows in a row abroad; single foreign shows do not qualify
- The tour must show a deficit; the grant goes to the musicians, at least €100 each
- At most two grants per act each year
