• Volunteer and professional actors in music, performing arts and other fields, active in Vestland
• Registered in the Norwegian business register with main activity in Vestland
• At least one third of the costs from your own work or funds for most priorities
• Not suited for early-phase art projects; the fund looks at the production phase
