Who can apply

• Companies, sole traders, non-governmental organisations and local cultural institutions
• One-, two- or three-year projects carried out in Poland; at most two applications per applicant
• The ministry should cover at most 80% of the budget; half of performer fees go to Polish performers
• Recording, publishing, music videos, student and children's events are not funded
