- COMPASS Singaporean Full or Associate Writer member for at least three years
- No grant under this scheme in the past three years
- Original works of at least three minutes, not released before the result
- Copyright in the works is assigned to COMPASS for administration for at least five years
How to apply
- 1Complete the sponsorship application form with project details, songs, costs and projected sales
- 2Send it to COMPASS with demos of the songs, at least four months before the launch
