Who can apply

• Singapore citizens or PRs recognised as practising artists, non-profit arts organisations or informal groups
• Projects must connect people across social groups or build appreciation of local arts
• For-profit organisers, international touring and academic projects are not eligible
• The project must not have started before you apply
