When to apply: Once a year, from mid-November to mid-December

Who can apply

Cultural NGOs, self-employed cultural workers and private individuals or sole traders in music
Request up to €5,000, at most 70% of the project for NGOs and 90% for individuals
Attach a demo or score covering at least a third of the release; the release must be publicly available
A publisher's signed and stamped statement is required, except for self-published releases

How to apply

Fill in the application in the eJR system at ejr.ekultura.gov.si for the sub-area you choose

Sign it electronically with a qualified certificate, or print, sign by hand and post it

Attach the required annexes and statements, such as a demo, score or publisher's statement

A music expert commission scores projects; the entry threshold is 81 of 100 points

Funded projects sign a co-financing contract with the Ministry
