Debut work by young artists in Seoul

Who can apply

• Artists or groups aged 39 or under (born 1 January 1987 or later), up to 42 after military service
• A debut presentation in Seoul in 2027, offline and open to the public
• No earlier public presentation: school and graduation works do not count
• In a group, every member must be 39 or under with no debut

How to apply

   Apply online through the Seoul arts support system (SCAS) with the 2027 form, up to 10 pages

   Four review rounds follow: administrative, documents, interview and a final funding decision
