- Individuals registered in Navarre, or companies based there, since January 2025, with a music or stage purpose
- Paid performances outside Navarre, or showcases and fairs outside Navarre for programmers
- Activities between 1 November 2025 and 31 October 2026; one project per applicant
- Local bodies, schools and academies, and non-profit entities are excluded
