- Professional ensembles, composers, producers and promoters from Basel-Stadt or Basel-Landschaft
- Composition commissions need a planned premiere and pay fees only, up to CHF 10,000
- Concert and production grants need a substantial share of contemporary classical music
- Tours of funded ensembles get up to CHF 8,000 and 30% of the budget
