Who can apply

Emerging creators: individuals with a Taiwanese ID card who wrote all the works themselves
Creative bands: two or more members, with the leader and over half of them holding Taiwanese ID cards
Recording upgrade and film or TV original song categories: registered audio-publishing companies

Send the paper documents to the bureau afterwards, including the disclosure form and pledge
