Formally constituted Northern Ireland bands such as accordion, brass, concert, flute, pipe and wind bands
Northern Ireland choirs with at least 10 members, formally constituted for at least two years
An invitation to perform or showcase from an event, festival, promoter or tour operator abroad
Covers tickets, vehicle hire and fuel; not accommodation, subsistence or insurance
