Individuals, organisations and charities based in the United Kingdom
Performance, commissioning with a confirmed performance, or recording of contemporary music
Another source of income, secured or projected, as the Foundation rarely funds a project alone
No research, composer competitions or undergraduate applications; no reapplying for the same project
