- Arts nonprofits, some other nonprofits, government units and fiscally sponsored arts groups
- The project must explore a community's culture, not only engage a demographic group

How to apply
- 1Read the Program Overview and Application Instructions, and attend the optional information session
- 2Register once in the Arts Board's WebGrants system
