Non-performance projects for Portland musicians

Who can apply

• Working musicians at a mid to advanced career level, 18 or older, with a show history or online presence
• Live within the City of Portland limits, checked against your W-9 address
• An independent project, not run by a nonprofit or commercial entity
• No Echo Fund grant in the two previous cycles
