- Individual Canberra residents, groups based in Canberra and organisations registered in Canberra
- Covers new work, professional development, mentoring, residencies and community engagement
- Music is an eligible art form, alongside dance, literature, theatre, screen and visual arts
- Activities must meet one of three strategies: create art, develop the sector, or promote Canberra's arts
