Who can apply
- Professional artists and creative workers living in Brisbane, aged 17 or over, with an ABN or an auspice
- Australian citizens or permanent residents with no overdue Council or Arts Queensland acquittals
- Projects create or substantially develop new work and need other sources of funding too
- For-profit businesses, schools, universities and government organisations cannot apply
