Based in Victoria with a Victorian ABN; promoters, not-for-profits, bands and music businesses
Delivered at least two ticketed Victorian music events of 1,000+ capacity in the last five years
Festival is ticketed, held in Victoria and has an in-person capacity over 1,000
Every musician is paid at least A$250; auspiced festivals are not funded
