Who can apply

Prince Edward Island residents at artist level I, II or III
At least five confirmed dates, four of them paid, with sets of 30 minutes or more
At least 75% of the dates need a contracted performance fee
Tour dates in Prince Edward Island are not eligible

How to apply

Confirm your artist level; for level II or III, email the Program Manager with proof of three criteria

Complete the online application form

Attach a tour plan with confirmation of bookings, and your artist bio and history

A jury meets 2-3 weeks after the deadline and decisions come in four to six weeks

Complete the tour and file a final report with receipts to receive the balance
