Who can apply

• Self-producing artists, Canadian francophonie artists, songwriters and sound recording producers
• The applicant owns the master; applicant and artist are Canadian citizens or permanent residents
• At least 70% French-language content and 50% Canadian music and lyrics, with a Canadian distributor
• Aid is at most 50% of eligible costs; one accepted project in progress at a time

   Attach MP3s and lyrics, the form with the signed Declarations tab, and production and distribution contracts
