Who can apply

• Quebec-based, Quebec-controlled music publisher or artist management company, active for 24 months
• At least $50,000 own revenue and over $15,000 invested in management or publishing last year
• Managers: two Quebec artists under contract; publishers: three Quebec songwriters or an active catalogue
