Who can apply

• Professional artists registered in Tampere; art does not need to be a full-time job
• Literature and performing arts, music included, in odd-numbered years such as 2027
• Not for hobbies, groups or societies, or anyone granted in the previous two years
• Covers artistic work, exhibition costs or further training
