- Artists or bands with main residence in Germany (at least half of a band)
- Emerging: a release plus 100,000 streams, 20 gigs, a deal or 1,000 followers (two of four)
- Apply alone as a freelance artist or with a label, manager, agency or publisher
- Total project costs of at least €10,000; you cover 40% to 60% yourself
