Who can apply
- Professional ensembles, musicians and music festivals whose work is centred in NRW
- Amateur bodies only for sums of €10,000 or more; music schools are excluded
- An own contribution of at least 10% of total costs
- Fair fees under the state's minimum honorarium rules
