Who can apply

Non-profit legal persons, and individuals with a home or seat in one of the four states
Music, visual art, literature, theatre and heritage projects held in those states
You bring own funds or other funders; projects already started are not funded
Tell your regional savings bank about the project before applying

How to apply

Present your project to the regional savings bank

Apply online through the CLARA portal by 10 January or 10 July

Plan 12 to 18 months of lead time before the project starts

The state boards decide twice a year and the foundation confirms in writing
