Up to €1,500 for a tour, €600 for a single show, paid to promoters and agencies who book acts from the BY.on newcomer pool.

Who applies: Organisations
When to apply: Rolling, before the show and before the fee is agreed

Who can apply

Promoters, event agencies and booking agencies; acts only in rare cases
The act must be in BY.on phase 2, phase 3 or the electronic pool
Shows worldwide; shows within 50 km of the act's home need national reach
Events funded by another programme of the association are excluded

How to apply

Pick an act from the current BY.on pool and plan the show or tour

Apply before the fee is agreed with the act

The association sets the amount from audience size, event size and travel distance

You pay the act a fee; the grant lowers your cost, it is not the fee
