• Third sector bodies, other cultural associations and foundations, public bodies or religious bodies
• Non-profit statute, registered in RUNTS or set up by public deed
• Festivals, series, concerts or seasons of music, theatre or dance in the 2026 calendar
• €100,000 of the pool is reserved for associations mainly made up of people under 35
