Up to €15,000 for Basque music companies, or €9,000 for one-off initiatives, running training, research or industry adaptation projects.

Who can apply
- Music companies and one-off initiatives of the Basque Country, with one application per applicant
- Training for new musicians or professionals, music research with a public output, or industry adaptation
- Festival activities, concert-heavy projects and promotion of records or gigs are excluded
- Public aid from all sources cannot exceed 80% of the project cost
