Who can apply
- Individuals registered in Kaohsiung, groups set up in Kaohsiung, or cultural companies performing there
- Music is covered next to dance and theatre, and you must organise the event yourself
- Political, school-run and already publicly funded events are excluded
- Staff and admin costs are not covered
