• UAE nationals or children of Emirati mothers, 18 or older; individuals, as creative SMEs cannot apply
• Music is one of the programme's seven fields; a strong portfolio and track record are required
• The programme comes from a recognised, accredited institution or arts organisation
• You need an acceptance letter
