Who can apply

• UAE nationals or children of Emirati mothers, 18 or older; individuals, as creative SMEs cannot apply
• Music is one of the programme's seven fields; a strong portfolio and track record are required
• Covers promotion, artist and crew fees, venue and equipment hire, and fees at local fairs and festivals
• You must already hold the approvals or permits needed to deliver the project
