- Independent, constituted, non-profit organisations in Dundee
- Music projects in Caird Hall or a Leisure & Culture Dundee facility
- One grant per organisation per year; no applications after the project has started
- Covers artist and tutor fees, venue hire, technical costs, marketing and equipment hire
